I am a Mother, Sister, Friend, Colleague, Therapist, Author and Child of the most High.  I am the mother to two; a 8-year-old fur baby named Princess and a smart and loving 7-year-old baby girl.  I am a sister to many, one biological and others gifted by friendship.  I am a colleague who has worked in many different arenas.  I have worked as a Supervisor and Therapist, as a Domestic Violence Advocate, as a case worker for Public Aid and a Contact Writer for the Department of Corrections.  In these capacities I have been able to use my skills of active listening, being helpful, sharing and caring.  As a therapist I have been able to help others get a different mindset and help them move past their pain.  As  an author, I have used my pain, grief, and sorrow in order to help others heal from their place of sorrow and into inspiration and comfort. As the child of the most High, I have learned to depend on my Daddy for things in life and to use what I have learned from church and bible study to advance my relationship with the Lord.    In these different roles I have played throughout my life,  I am confident that each person I have come in contact with has learned something that they can take and share with others in life.

This is who I am and who I continue to be. I am open to changing and being an evolved person as I continue to learn and grow.
