Today is the birthday celebration for Mark. It will be to remember the good and to have fond wonderful memories about another milestone; A birthday! This will allow one to process and to reflect. As I continue to be open to the process of healing, I recognize that this journey is like no other I will experience. Each day will bring its own new challenges and healing.
