I saw a sign recently stating you are under no obligation to be who you were a year ago, one month ago or even 15 mins ago. You have the right to grow. No apologies.

How powerful is this as I continue to look toward healing and health; this is most certainly true! I am not the same person I was in January or in June. I am a work still in progress…..
