Your story…….

You never know how your story may affect someone and what the reactions will be.  Yesterday I co-facilitated a workshop entitled Yoga and Mental Health: Trauma  and Grief Issues.  This workshop was from the view what trauma looks like and how it manifests in our bodies.  What we can do from a yogic/mental health perspective in order to help yoga students and anyone else cope with the ongoing plague of trauma.  Grief triggers many feelings and emotions and how we deal with them is most important.  Each and everyone in the workshop had a different perception of what trauma and grief looked like that’s why the workshop was so great; people  were able to offer their perspective of its mindset  and ways to combat it.
